This really pisses me off.  I’m glad she’s comfortable with her body, but way to throw Nicole Richie under a fucking bus.  You all know damn well if Nicole Richie had said something like, “I never want to look like Adele, my aim in life is to never be fat,” people would tear her a new asshole.  But Adele says this and everyone worships her for it. 

I hate double standards.

UGHHH. What Adele is trying to say here is that Nicole Richie is a stereotypically “perfect” woman. Blonde, thin, beautiful face, and so on. If anything, it’s more of a complement of her, as she’s saying that Nicole Richie is beautiful. However, Nicole Richie has conformed to society’s views, whereas Adele has not. That’s why people aren’t pissy at her.
